• Files must be uploaded BEFORE proceeding to pay for product.

• Acceptable file format are: .PNG and .SVG

• Proofs of your design will be sent via email for final approval before print.

• Proof must be reviewed and approved within 48 hours of notification. If no response is received within that timeframe, customer will be refunded of order payment, minus 20% pre-production costs.
